I am trying to finalize a mobile contract, but the company has teamed up with a service that completely disregards customer calls. I've been attempting to reach them for two days; once, I waited four hours and finally connected with a representative, who then hung up on me after ten seconds. This is outrageous! How can customers manage with such poor service? I even offered to visit the store to complete the process, but they insist it must be done online. Absolutely unacceptable!
