I am very dissatisfied with this purchase and the lack of clarity in the website and communication. I ordered three items online, and the site indicated they would arrive sooner than they did. I opted for in-store pickup to collect everything together. To my dismay, only two items were sent to the store, while the third was unexpectedly shipped to my home. This was not communicated clearly on the website. I feel misled by how this situation was managed. Additionally, I received multiple emails prompting me to pick up my items. However, when I arrived at the store, only one item was available. This means I now have to make several trips, plus wait at home for the last item — which was not what I agreed to. This experience has been confusing, inconvenient, and poorly communicated, and I expect you to resolve this and enhance your system to prevent similar issues for other customers.

The delivery was set for November 20th between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM. On the delivery day, I received a notification that it was on its way, but then the website became inaccessible. The TV was not delivered, and I heard nothing from anyone. This has been a frustrating experience.
Delivery has been delayed for three weeks. Customer support is not focused on customer needs and fails to provide updates on the delivery status. The item is urgently needed for daily family life. The company is clearly not prioritizing customer needs, and this situation must be addressed urgently!
