I want to finalize the process for a mobile contract, but I can't because the company has partnered with another service that completely ignores client calls. I've been trying to reach them for two days; once, I waited four hours and finally got a representative, who then hung up after just ten seconds. This is unacceptable! How are customers expected to deal with such poor service? I even mentioned I would go to the store to complete the process, but they insist that the contract must be handled online. Absolutely terrible!
