I had been waiting for 40 min. In order to be attended although the shop was almost empty, all what I wanted to do is to buy Bosh dish washer , and only one sales person was attending this section as well there was a problem in the system related to the item the other customer was asking for , I had my 1 and half year old baby with me , I asked for someone else to attend me but noone has shown interest , when I went to ask for the shop manager someone called Jose Carlos said he is the manager , and he said he cant do anything for me in a very disrespectful way, I said thank you and I left back to the area in order to keep waiting with my baby very disappointed from the way I have been treated, then finally the sales person called Ana came after finishing with her customer and I asked her about who is the manager in this section and she refused to tell me then I asked her about her name then at the beginning she didnt want to say it beside she doesnt wear her name tag like any other person in the shop and she said she is called Ana, at the end this is an extreme awful customer service and those managers dont know even how to manage their staff specially when the customer is right, How you want your business to grow when you provide such a poor customer service like this, I only had to buy the dish washer at the end coz same model is not available anymore in Carrefour, but I promise I will not buy anything else from your shop again ever , my bill no.
