My visit to the store was unfortunately a very negative experience. From the start, the staff made me feel quite uncomfortable with personal remarks and insinuations about private matters. This behavior was unprofessional and inappropriate in a customer service environment. I purchased a television and an oven, benefiting from a discount through customer registration. Due to my poor eyesight, I paid in advance for delivery to avoid complications. The television arrived, but the oven was missing. After nine days without any communication or updates, I had to spend extra money on taxis to collect the oven myself. This wasn't the first instance—previously, I had taken a taxi just to get delivery information, only to find that the staff seemed completely unaware of my order. At no point was I kept informed. Instead, the burden and inconvenience fell entirely on me as the customer. This led to unnecessary expenses, wasted time, and significant frustration. This level of poor communication, lack of accountability, and disregard for customer service is unacceptable. I expected much better from a company of this size and reputation. Considering my overall experience, I would rate my interaction with them a 2 out of 10.
I entrusted my scooter to the company for repairs under warranty due to a malfunction. After four weeks, I contacted them to pick it up and discovered that the rear mudguard was improperly installed, a bracket on the handlebar stem was broken, the screen was damaged, and the four bolts securing the stem were loose. This is extremely unsafe! Seven weeks later, I am still waiting.
I bought a smartphone as a gift for my brother, and while he is happy with it, the delivery experience was lacking. The phone arrived later than anticipated, and customer service didn’t provide clear updates, showing little concern about the delay. Once the package finally arrived, everything was in excellent condition, so I have no issues with the product, but the delivery and communication definitely need improvement.
I had a shocking customer experience at the local store today. The supervisor was arrogant and rude when I sought assistance after purchasing a pricey hairdryer that broke after just five months. I contacted the manufacturer and they resolved the issue in minutes, but the staff here (if you can find them) seem indifferent and really need customer service training. Their attitude is appalling!
I ordered a small radiator online for in-store pickup. When I got it home and unboxed it, it was clearly old, used, and broken. I'm okay with receiving an item in like-new condition, but it’s outrageous to get one with obvious damage and leaking oil! How was this allowed? Now I've been waiting 20 minutes in line to return it! This is the second issue I've encountered with this place, and I will not be shopping here again.
They do not deliver on time and the customer service is dismissive. My package was 24 hours late, and the support team did nothing to assist and seemed unconcerned. I paid a significant amount and held up my end of the agreement, but despite emails promising delivery on a specific date and time, it did not occur.
