Don’t buy anything to mediaworld stores they do not treat properly to their customers and never help them after buy the product on their stores. Afterthat, staff is not treated good to the customer if they have some problems after buying something on medialworld. I stolen my mobile sitll they do not give me any help. They give me forcefully insurance of the mobile then I stole my mobile right they ask me we do not help you. Just because of i dont speak italian. They just harassed the people same as me they are doing. I ask then help me how i get my insurance claimthey give contact number which company no received. I call them lots of time but not responding. Because lack of italian language and right now i send all the documents as well as send as i send all the mails to the company they do not respond yet. I stolen my monile around 2 months they do not give me claim of my insurance. Be careful folks media world is not provided good service.
