DECEPTIVE EXPERIENCE!

DECEPTIVE EXPERIENCE! We waited a month for the TV delivery. After making 13 calls to the support team, we still received nothing. Once, the courier contacted us to say they couldn't locate our TV. We requested a refund but were told that the TV must be returned to the store first, which is impossible since they can't find it. We feel abandoned, as they keep assuring us they will resolve the issue but have yet to do so. The last update we received was that the courier would search for it, but after a month of unfulfilled promises, we have lost trust.

FRAUD ALERT! We waited an entire month for our TV delivery. After 13 calls to the support team, we received nothing. A courier called once to say they couldn't find our TV. Unacceptable Service Experience

"We will respond to your call as soon as possible." That's all you hear repeatedly. All I want is a specific delivery date for the washing machine I purchased and paid for, but the company can't provide it. Despite the machine arriving at the local depot 10 days ago, there's been a delay. I can't get any information, my money is gone, and my only option is to cancel my order (which means waiting for a refund and ordering elsewhere, only to wait another month). What are my rights? Why offer delivery if you can't organize it? Terrible service. I advise everyone to take their business elsewhere.

Caution Advised!

Caution advised! I ordered an Asus device, and they postponed the shipment twice. When I expressed my desire to cancel, they sent an email claiming my item had shipped, but it hadn't. Then they said they canceled the shipment and issued a refund, which is a lie while keeping my money. I filed a claim with the payment service and would not recommend them.

Awful Experience at This Location

What a terrible store! Arrogant staff who seem to dislike their customers. We've been loyal clients for years, but today, we found an empty store and were assisted by a representative who was slow and confused about our location. After over 20 minutes with no progress, we asked for help from other salespeople, but they were unhelpful. We ended up leaving without our order. The staff seemed indifferent to sales, and when we asked for the manager, the discussion was pointless. We eventually went to another store, where we received excellent service and made our purchase quickly. We hope this feedback is taken seriously.
