DECEPTIVE EXPERIENCE! We waited a month for the TV delivery. After making 13 calls to the support team, we still received nothing. Once, the courier contacted us to say they couldn't locate our TV. We requested a refund but were told that the TV must be returned to the store first, which is impossible since they can't find it. We feel abandoned, as they keep assuring us they will resolve the issue but have yet to do so. The last update we received was that the courier would search for it, but after a month of unfulfilled promises, we have lost trust.
