The woman i spoke to on the phone when i requested cancellation was WILDLY rude. I politely informed her my situation with my mother was messy and extremely personal and I didn't feel comfortable discussing it or want to explore options - just wanted to cancel. She proceeded to laugh at me and tell me it's normal to discuss these things with her, ignoring my wishes, tried again to ask about it, and then MOCKED me as we were ending the phone call - "good luck with your VERY PERSONAL issues" with a sardonic giggle.. i was completely appalled and i am ashamed that i ever trusted this company with my family or my finances. This was the most disgusting customer service experience I have ever had.
