The confidence and security I and my family feel is worth the price. I’ve had bad falls before getting this device and was confused and uncertain about what to do. Now I have confidence that help will be summoned.
The service and product have truly restored my confidence to venture outside. Living with MS, I faced frequent falls due to my Drop Foot condition on hard surfaces. I've had to get stitches on my chin multiple times from these falls. Now, with just a button, I know help is always near if I need medical assistance. I'm incredibly grateful for what you provide. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
This service promotes itself as a reliable emergency response option for seniors, but our experience suggests otherwise. My father, who is in his 90s, fell and lost consciousness. His independent living facility promptly called for an ambulance, yet the service did not reach out until approximately 90 minutes later—by then, he was already in the ER and admitted to the ICU with a brain hemorrhage. They informed us they were preparing to send EMTs to his location, well after emergency care had begun. When I raised my concerns, the supervisor concentrated solely on questions that seemed aimed at deflecting blame: Was the device visible? Did he press the button? Does he test it monthly? There was no recognition that a fall-detection device is ineffective if someone is unconscious. Moreover, we had previously ordered a replacement device due to the original one failing during another incident. The replacement arrived defective and wouldn't hold a charge. We were instructed to return it but were never made aware of a 14-day return policy buried in the online terms. As a result of this undisclosed policy, they denied a refund. My father lost $215. This service relies on fine print, legal loopholes, and scripted customer support instead of taking responsibility. Seniors and their families deserve clarity and genuine protection—not just excuses.
I obtained this service for my parents, especially since my father had stage 4 cancer and both are visually impaired. I ordered it on 9/16 and received it about two weeks later, of course being charged upfront. My father passed away, and I can’t just cancel; I have to wait for them to get back to me. The return policy states it could take up to 10 days for cancellation after receiving it, plus a restocking fee. This service promises a lot but lacks explanation and customer care. I would never use this ineffective company again.

His independent living facility quickly called for an ambulance, yet the service did not contact us until about 90 minutes later—by which time he was already in the ER and later admitted to the ICU with a brain hemorrhage. They claimed they were preparing to send EMTs to his home long after emergency care had already started. When I escalated the matter, the supervisor only asked questions that seemed intended to deflect blame: Was the device visible? Did he press the button? Does he test it monthly? There was no acknowledgment that a fall-detection device is useless if someone is unconscious. At 93 years old and legally blind in one eye with deteriorating vision in the other, I live alone in a rural area. This service knows they are dealing with the elderly, and I feel they are taking advantage of us. I called three years ago to cancel my subscription because I could no longer afford it, yet they continued to charge my account annually until a helper reviewed my bank statements and noticed the charges. I called this year and only received a refund for one year, not the other two. I was charged $539.28 even though they had a record of my cancellation call three years ago. I plan to pursue this issue, as they are taking advantage of elderly customers, which make up the bulk of their client base. With help, I intend to warn others online to prevent them from falling victim to this fraud.
