I ordered a bed assist on April 29th and have yet to receive it. I emailed to ask when it should be arriving, and the response was an email asking for me to wait another 7 to 10 business days. Now it’s been almost a month and I will be needing this item soon. I looked back on the first email and got the phone number and called and no one seems to ever be there. I’ve sent 2 more emails asking for a refund so that I can look locally for what I need and now they won’t answer at all. Next, I guess I’ll dispute the charge at the bank and try to get my money back. I’ve been trying to figure out if it’s a fake website and if I’ve been scammed. Anyone know?
