Our agency ordered an item and did not receive that item. Instead, we received a different version, which is approx. $50 cheaper than the one we initially ordered and paid for. Medical Source was contacted and made aware and they informed us to return the item for a full refund. They didn't offer to ship the correct one we ordered. We then decided to keep the wrong item, as another client found it useful. We contacted the company again and made them aware that we will not be returning the wrong item, but would like a refund for the difference in the cost of products. Initially, they argued stating that the two items cost the same amount and asked where we received our figures from. We explained it is clearly listed on their website and they agreed to refund the difference. This refund has still not been received at the time of this review.
