Long story short, 29 minutes, 11 calls, numerous transfers and cut-offs later I am still nowhere. A David called me back, asked for my wife's date of birth, said that this did not correlate with what he had on file and told me to start the cycle again. Sure.......I will gladly take this further with them if they have the inclination, they apparently have the telephone call recordings... let's see...Follow up : Indeed the wheels do turn, albeit at their own pace. I did receive a return call, a doctor was despatched and arrived that evening and took care of the issue. Thank you
