Absolutely horrible customer service!!!We signed up for Medicare while we were waiting to get our family Dr assigned to us and once we had then we no longer required the service. We called to cancel 3 days before the annual renewal as per their policy and instead the agent renewed our contract. We called back immediately after receiving a renewal email to cancel and the customer service agent said that we have no choice but to keep the subscription😡We were told that “you can cancel the membership but you’ll still be paying until 2025”Issue still not resolved.Horrible business conduct. Rather than offering solutions to ‘make it right’, the blame is on the customer ⬇️ We are well aware of the conditions as per the contract and followed MediCare guidelines by requesting a cancellation prior to renewal date; your team member renewed the contract instead of cancelling it. And yes, we provided the proper information to authentic who we are as a client and are very well aware that the calls are being recorded which is where you’ll find that the fault was with MediCare.
