I wish I'd read the reviews beforehand, this company is really shameless and a scam. Got told today it's not even an insurance but a "healthplan" when I was trying to use my "platinum Medicare card" for the 3rd time since I got it and got disappointed yet again. It's sounded great on the phone, all these free things you'll get and covered for everything, but in the end you end up having to pay more with the insurance than if you didn't have one at all! It's horrible. The customer support is a bunch of robots and most of them are even rude. It's a scam company. Do not agree to anything with them. Do your research and choose another company! Ps, Medicare "red-flagged" my previous comment cause it might be harmful to their business. YOU are harmful to people trying to get affordable healthcare. Shame on you!
