I am customer of medicare nearby one year.Suddenly i have problem with my bank account and i close that account open new one,i try to change through app but i couldn’t change for direct debit.Secondly i drop email to customer care that i have problem to pay my money to Medicare wanted to connect new bank account to Medicare,I have reply ring to customer care.I rung to customer care twice the answer was “no speak english someone call you back who speaks english”.Completely understood about not to speak language but i couldn’t understand how poor the service.2 months for struggle to change my bank account no-one bother to take money or no one bother to ring me who speaks english.I completely shocked how big the company and how poor the service.I have to go to doctor and my card my be not active so whats the point to have medicare if you have emergency.
