This was my first experience with the service, and it has completely turned me off. A nurse appointment was scheduled for the afternoon, even though the test required a morning appointment. I didn’t choose that time; I trusted the company to provide an appropriate slot. When the nurse called, she pointed out the timing issue and suggested rescheduling. She was professional and kind, so I don’t blame her. However, I wasn’t informed that this would incur a fee. Had I known, I would have kept the original appointment. Despite this, I was charged a £30 'Did Not Attend' fee, and the company refused to reconsider. Their response indicated it was my responsibility to double-check everything, which feels entirely unfair. The appointment should not have been set at an unsuitable time, and I shouldn’t be penalized for following the nurse's advice. It’s not about the money; it’s about the lack of coordination and ownership. For a healthcare provider, this is quite alarming. I will not use this service again and cannot recommend it based on this experience.
