Very quick delivery. Packaging was lovely! Website is easy to navigate and has lots of information on the products and how to apply. Products are all amazing! I'm in the process of switching all my current skin care for Medik8. I get lots of compliments on my skin, it looks in suck good condition!
My skin has never looked better, as i turn 40 this month i am now more than ever conscious of how my skin looks and learning the best ways to take care of it along with slowing down the visible signs of aging. Medik8 has been so worth the investment, i have seen a huge difference in the appearance of my skin and had several compliments on how nice my complexion is (one lady stopped me in boots to ask me what my skincare routine was, and of course i didn’t gate keep and recommend Medik8 to her) i will not change my routine from Medik8 as this is now my holy grail. I cant recommend enough that you make it yours too.

Avoid this service! They request personal and sensitive information to 'confirm' your address! My order was canceled twice because they couldn't verify my address??? They claimed the only way to proceed was if I provided a paystub, government-issued ID, or bill. Such sensitive information should not be requested!

The customer support from the company is truly exceptional, as are their products. The improvement in my skin health and appearance is remarkable—even my doctor has commented on how great my skin looks! Whenever I've needed assistance from the team, they've always been very helpful, knowledgeable about the products, and quick to respond. Just wonderful!
I've been using products from this brand for over a year now. My skin has never looked better. Amazing products, I love them. They are a bit pricey, though. The rewards program is nice and offers good discounts, but I don't like that the reward status I earned expires after a while.
