Dr Safa Manav and his whole team have been amazing from start to finish. From my very first contact with Defne (co-ordinator), Elif (patient co-ordinator), and Buse (aftercare nurse), the support was exceptional. Buse visited me every day after surgery at the hotel to check on my progress, which was incredibly reassuring.
The private hospital was excellent. I had lots of thorough pre-op tests and met my anaesthetist beforehand to make sure everything was safe and good to go. The nurses checked on me constantly, day and night. Even the meals felt a bit fancy — waiter-style service with staff in black waistcoats and bow ties! All very professional.
One thing I really loved was that my consultation with Dr Safa was the day before surgery — not on the same day like some surgeons do. I never felt rushed. He was so precise, clear and realistic about what to expect, which gave me total confidence going into surgery.
The hotel staff were lovely and professional, there’s an infirmary onsite if you need anything, and the drivers were always punctual and helpful. The whole experience just felt really well organised from start to finish.
I’m now 3 weeks post-op. It’s still early days and I know final results take time, but so far everything is going well and I’m feeling really positive. Choosing Dr Safa Manav was absolutely the right decision and I’m so grateful to him and his wonderful team
