I have recently had a mastopexy, removal of my old implants (due to capsular contracture) replacement with new implants, extended incisions and liposuction — and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything has been handled.
Dr Safa Manav and his whole team have been amazing from start to finish. From my very first contact with Defne (co-ordinator), Elif (patient co-ordinator), and Buse (aftercare nurse), the support was exceptional. Buse visited me every day after surgery at the hotel to check on my progress, which was incredibly reassuring.
The private hospital was excellent. I had lots of thorough pre-op tests and met my anaesthetist beforehand to make sure everything was safe and good to go. The nurses checked on me constantly, day and night. Even the meals felt a bit fancy — waiter-style service with staff in black waistcoats and bow ties! All very professional.
One thing I really loved was that my consultation with Dr Safa was the day before surgery — not on the same day like some surgeons do. I never felt rushed. He was so precise, clear and realistic about what to expect, which gave me total confidence going into surgery.
The hotel staff were lovely and professional, there’s an infirmary onsite if you need anything, and the drivers were always punctual and helpful. The whole experience just felt really well organised from start to finish.
I’m now 3 weeks post-op. It’s still early days and I know final results take time, but so far everything is going well and I’m feeling really positive. Choosing Dr Safa Manav was absolutely the right decision and I’m so grateful to him and his wonderful team
Its nearly four months since my surgery, It will take another few months for things to completely settle. I am really pleased with my results, I had dp facelift, neck lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, brow lift and fat transfer. Dr Safa is a very experienced surgeon. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to him in the future. I highly recommend him and his lovely team.

Great experience. Great Dr. Ali Sadioǧlu. Gave advise what else could be done (if I would like). All team was great. Asena (patience coordination) she's amazing. Didn't need to think or worried about anything she was coordinating everything.
I literally flew across the world for Dr. Safa and I can confidently say: best decision I’ve ever made. He is so talented, meticulous, and has calm, reassuring energy. You can tell he genuinely cares about both the aesthetic result and the patient experience. He’s also insanely handsome 😅My nose is already looking SO good and I’m still healing. The staff were amazing, the clinic was beautiful, and I felt supported every step of the way.Elif deserves her own shoutout, and probably a raise to be honest! Insane how many patients/ appointments/ transfers she manages all at once all day everyday and never seems stressed or overwhelmed and is SO kind and responsive and involved. She’s seriously superhuman. Never once at any point did I regret choosing Dr Safa and his team and I will definitely be returning back for any future plastic surgeries I have. 10/10, no notes.

Dr Ali and his staff are remarkable I can’t recommend them enough. He’s a brilliant surgeon who corrected a previous face lift I’d had in the States. Everything from being picked up at the airport to follow up appointments was seamless the results of my surgery was remarkable. Dr Ali is amazing and an extremely talented surgeon. Excellent care, amazing and friendly staff always there to help you from non medical to medical… this was the best investment in my 35years of living so far… the only regret .. why not sooner .. will be back for more time permitting . Medolea refused to do my surgery. When I asked the representative why, she told me it was because I am autistic. Apparently ‘autistic people’ get too anxious around hospitals and OTs and that makes anesthesia and recovery complex. Edit** I have subsequently discovered that the representative was not provided with an explanation by the surgeon for the refusal, so instead of asking, she invented one. She chose autism as the reason for the refusal, which I was appalled by, hence this review. She realises it was a grave error and has apologised and promised not to repeat her mistake. I have no idea why I was refused surgery. The clinic have not justified it. I’m not that bothered about being refused by this clinic, but it doesn’t help me get the surgery I want. So all in all, my experience was a bit of a waste of time 🤷🏻♀️
