This has been the most disappointing experience I've encountered in Dubai. They charged me for a product I ordered online, only to inform me later that it wasn't available in-store. They refused to offer an equivalent product for the same price or a timely refund, which could take 1 to 2 weeks. I reached out to both the pharmacy and the online platform, but neither provided a solution. The customer service is virtually nonexistent. Ultimately, I received neither my money back nor an alternative product.
