I had an incredibly disappointing experience in Dubai. It's unbelievable that they charged me for a product I ordered online, only to inform me later that it wasn't available in the store. They refused to offer an alternative product of equal value or provide a refund, which could take one to two weeks. I reached out to both the pharmacy and the online platform, but neither offered a solution. There seems to be no customer service whatsoever. In the end, I neither received my money back nor an alternative product.
