Ordered over $200 worth of items. My credit card was charged immediately. I had no update for over two weeks. All the items I ordered were in stock. I sent an email and messaged them on facebook, with no reply. The AI chatbot is useless, first telling me that all the items were out of stock, then when stated that all items were in stock the chatbot agreed with me and stated it would ship my order. There is no possible way to speak to a live agent despite advertising they have them during business hours. I requested a refund and the chatbot told me the only way to do that was via email, (which, if you remember, medshop was not answering). I ended up sending an email stating I would do a chargeback if I did not receive my items or a refund. This got a response in hours, clearly they have an alert for the word chargeback. Reading other reviews, I believe the owners are accepting orders and charging credit cards immediately to have access to the money. They then wait weeks or months, sometimes shipping the order, other times just waiting until the customer requests a refund. Even if a refund is processed, it is weeks or months after the initial order. Multiplied by thousands of customers, they are making a tidy profit off the interest. Learn from my mistake, do not order from medshop. If they are ignoring your emails, state you will do a chargeback and you will get a reply within hours.
