From the call centre based in the Philippines to the order update notifications, everything about this experience has been a struggle. The order processing is extremely slow, and even after paying for courier charges, the transport is taking over two weeks with no end in sight.
In this day and age of efficient tracking, their system just isn't good enough. Do not have any expectations that your goods will arrive on time, or that you will be updated on the progress in a timely fashion.
My advice? Have low expectations and order what you need at least a month prior to when you actually need it. If you do that, you might be happy with the non-existent service they provide. It has been nearly four weeks since I placed my order, and I am still waiting.

Avoid med shop. I ordered over a month ago and the items still have not been dispatched. I contacted them and the AI bot tells me that it is out of stock and not due for 6 - 8 weeks. I went to cancel the order and they put me in a live chat. They then inform me that it is in stock but are currently under staffed and the order would be shipped in 2 to 3 weeks. I cancelled my order. Their communication is horrendous and the majority of items not in stock.
placed an order almost a month ago. some items say oos, live chat is not helpful and cant give an ETA, can only provide a link that doesnt work. cant seem to get a refund or cancel my order. i need it for uni starting in two weeks time. i would avoid this website. waste of time and money.
Avoid if you need anything in a timely manner. My in stock order sat there for 9 days before being dispatched after I rang to complain , luckily I paid for express post otherwise it would’ve taken over 2 weeks to arrive . So 10 days compared to 2 days on same item from another shop, they both arrived at the same time.
I’m not sure why this website has such negative reviews, as a customer not seeing this beforehand I had high hopes and my expectations were met. Order came very promptly and I got sent emails of confirmation and updates of the order. I also changed the colour of the stethoscope I got and this was changed before it was sent, using the chat support. Would definitely buy again in future! One thing that would be good which I did is buy tracking that you can see updates, as I believe most people did not get tracking.
Ordered over $200 worth of items. My credit card was charged immediately. I had no update for over two weeks. All the items I ordered were in stock. I sent an email and messaged them on facebook, with no reply. The AI chatbot is useless, first telling me that all the items were out of stock, then when stated that all items were in stock the chatbot agreed with me and stated it would ship my order. There is no possible way to speak to a live agent despite advertising they have them during business hours. I requested a refund and the chatbot told me the only way to do that was via email, (which, if you remember, medshop was not answering). I ended up sending an email stating I would do a chargeback if I did not receive my items or a refund. This got a response in hours, clearly they have an alert for the word chargeback. Reading other reviews, I believe the owners are accepting orders and charging credit cards immediately to have access to the money. They then wait weeks or months, sometimes shipping the order, other times just waiting until the customer requests a refund. Even if a refund is processed, it is weeks or months after the initial order. Multiplied by thousands of customers, they are making a tidy profit off the interest. Learn from my mistake, do not order from medshop. If they are ignoring your emails, state you will do a chargeback and you will get a reply within hours.
