780G user since oct 2021. Been on injections for 29 years so this is my first pump. The pump itself is great but the customer service from medtronic is rubbish. Have never been able to order supplies or accessories online as account sill under review. Have called 5 times to be told they will call back. Have tried to order screen protector and silicone skin to protect device and was told they didnt have product codes so will call back.... device and screen now have scratches and still waiting on a call.... hate to think what it will be like after a year or two. As good as I think the pump is, I regret my decision to go with Medtronic.
