I would give them 0 stars if possible. They started out really well then my portal changed and I started seeing a guys info that had a similar name as mine after multiple phone calls emails and online chats. Nothing has been fixed. They give the same run around about it being fixed. Their guarantee is a lie. To this day I can log in and see another person medical and anything else that has been added to their account. This company is completely unprofessional. I recommend staying away far far far away. 100% care about themselves making money and not the care of their customers/patients. STAY AWAY unless you don’t care about your personal information being seen by others.
