SCAM Alert!!! They get you in with a low price for 1st month but then as soon as you increase dosage, the price skyrockets!! When I went to cancel they rushed through a new prescription even though the current prescription had 17 days remaining, just so they could charge another $400. Stay away!! there are better more transparent and cheaper alternatives

Less than two months ago, I paid MEDVi for six months of service and GLP-1 product, which is ordered and sent monthly. I have been on it six weeks, but unfortunately it has made me horribly ill.
I wrote to them to discontinue and refund for the four remaining months. I asked and was told SPECIFICALLY at my intake with them that should I choose to discontinue that I would be refunded the remaining amount for any unused (not ordered) refills. Were this not the case, I would never have purchase a subscription for six months not knowing what the outcome might be.
Tonight, I was told that now they cannot issue a refund because the medication has been ordered and processed. This is an outright lie, because I have to fill out a request at the end of every month, which has to be approved for a specific formulation, before it is ordered and sent to me. There is no way they could have ordered it ahead of time not even knowing what I would need.
Before this happened, I got a complete run-around about this current month's prescription. The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing! First, they told me I had not paid, even though I paid for six months. Then they told me it hadn't been approved and that I needed a visit with a provider, even though I already had one and the notes were in my file from that encounter. Multiple chats and emails were sent back and forth before it was finally fixed and they realize their errors.
I caution anyone using their service.

I am willing to mail back the pills the way I received and want a refund which is the right remedy. No one is getting back to me---Buyer beware! I am beyond frustrated!

I was hopeful about starting a weight-loss program, but this company was extremely frustrating to work with from start to finish:
• Their website/portal is difficult to navigate.
• They only send email reminders — no texts or calls — which caused me to miss my first appointment.
• At my second scheduled time, I logged into the waiting room and waited ~20 minutes with no provider arriving.
• Calling customer support was awful. I spoke to three representatives, waited nearly an hour, and was disconnected.
• I requested a supervisor and was told one would call within 24–48 hours — no callback ever came.
• Eventually my refund and cancellation were processed, but only after I insisted — again with no one actually addressing my complaint.

Pros: Refund processed eventually.
Cons: Lack of reminders, no provider punctuality, poor support, no callback from leadership.

Overall, I expected a much higher level of professionalism in a healthcare-related service. I cannot recommend this company.

I am sharing my experience as a warning to others.
I made a one-time purchase and received the product once. After that, additional charges continued to come out of my bank account without my authorization, and no product was sent.
I was charged multiple times, totaling nearly $600, for orders I did not place and never received. I only caught this because I carefully reviewed my bank statements.
One charge has been refunded after I disputed it, and I am currently disputing the remaining charges with my bank.
This experience has been extremely stressful and unacceptable. If you do not closely monitor your bank account, charges can continue without product being delivered.
I do not recommend signing up for anything from this company. I hope I am able to recover the remaining money through my bank dispute.

I made ONE purchase and received product once. After that, money kept coming out of my bank account without my authorization and no product was sent.
Nearly $600 was taken before I caught it. One charge has been refunded, and I am disputing the rest right now.
If I hadn’t paid close attention to my bank account, this would have continued.
This feels predatory and wrong. I do not recommend doing business with this company. Please be careful and watch your accounts closely.

It’s quick and easy for them to start taking your money. But when you want to cancel, suddenly it’s not simple. There’s no option to cancel from your online account. You can’t cancel through their messaging app. You can’t even remove your payment information to stop automatic billing.

Instead, you have to call, sit on hold forever, and then endure the sales pitch trying to convince you to stay.

Pro tip: if you don’t actually want to cancel but want a lower rate, call and say you’re canceling. That’s when they suddenly find a discount for you.

The GLP does work if you follow the calorie counting and exercise. However, the customer service here is very poor. I have been told different answers for the same question by different people. At one point I had sprained my ankle and was prescribed a medication by my primary care doctor, I then reached out to MEDVi to ask them if they could let me know if I could take this medication while taking their GLP. They told me they would get back to me in 24 hours. So much for 24/7 customer support. Half the time when I contact them with a question they tell me they’ll get back to me and never contact me back. Which is what happened in this case. So I’m stuck with a swollen ankle and I’m still waiting on a response to them after contacting them several times. I’ve also been told different answers by different people such as that I would be able to request a refill after my third injection, I wasn’t given access to the refill form after the third injection so I contacted customer support. Customer support took my information down all for me to be contacted a few few days later telling me that I have to wait 18 days to request a refill and to come back to them in the next three days to tell them my weight. The be clear, your 3rd injection is 14 days into the program, not 18. This is irritating since 18 days is longer than your third injection and you’re not supposed to use their solution after your fourth injection so it doesn’t give you a lot of time to request a refill and to have shipping for the product to come in time for the fifth injection. I was in contacted after 20 days and told that my original prescription was already sent in, but that they wouldn’t be able to send it out until I was charged, and that I should have received an invoice in my email. I never received an invoice in my email, and I still haven’t been charged so the delivery of the prescription will still be delayed even though I contacted them about moving up my charge date in the past they told me that that was not possible. Now they’re telling me that it is possible. So it just seems like a lot of the customer representatives are not on the same page. They’re not responsive in a timely manner and they’re not telling me the correct information. Very disappointing I will probably be switching to a different program. As a bonus complaint when you first sign up for a coaching session or for a dietitian. You will get 20 million text messages telling you there’s an earlier time available and asking if you want to move your appointment up, but the text messages never tell you what earlier time is available. After getting irritated for receiving so many different text messages from different numbers I finally said yes to move my appointment up. I was told I would be contacted, I never was. But at least the text messages stopped. One week later I had my originally scheduled appointment.
