Broken portal. Missing forms. Endless loops between chat, email, and phone support with multi-hour hold times. Every reply is a scripted deflection to another “department” that can’t actually help.
No one can tell me when (or if) medication will ship. No one can fix the account issues preventing progress. And now that I’ve asked for a refund, silence.
If a company takes your money but can’t provide access to care, support, or even basic accountability: that’s a serious problem. Avoid.
