The GLP does work if you follow the calorie counting and exercise. However, the customer service here is very poor. I have been told different answers for the same question by different people. At one point I had sprained my ankle and was prescribed a medication by my primary care doctor, I then reached out to MEDVi to ask them if they could let me know if I could take this medication while taking their GLP. They told me they would get back to me in 24 hours. So much for 24/7 customer support. Half the time when I contact them with a question they tell me they’ll get back to me and never contact me back. Which is what happened in this case. So I’m stuck with a swollen ankle and I’m still waiting on a response to them after contacting them several times. I’ve also been told different answers by different people such as that I would be able to request a refill after my third injection, I wasn’t given access to the refill form after the third injection so I contacted customer support. Customer support took my information down all for me to be contacted a few few days later telling me that I have to wait 18 days to request a refill and to come back to them in the next three days to tell them my weight. The be clear, your 3rd injection is 14 days into the program, not 18. This is irritating since 18 days is longer than your third injection and you’re not supposed to use their solution after your fourth injection so it doesn’t give you a lot of time to request a refill and to have shipping for the product to come in time for the fifth injection. I was in contacted after 20 days and told that my original prescription was already sent in, but that they wouldn’t be able to send it out until I was charged, and that I should have received an invoice in my email. I never received an invoice in my email, and I still haven’t been charged so the delivery of the prescription will still be delayed even though I contacted them about moving up my charge date in the past they told me that that was not possible. Now they’re telling me that it is possible. So it just seems like a lot of the customer representatives are not on the same page. They’re not responsive in a timely manner and they’re not telling me the correct information. Very disappointing I will probably be switching to a different program. As a bonus complaint when you first sign up for a coaching session or for a dietitian. You will get 20 million text messages telling you there’s an earlier time available and asking if you want to move your appointment up, but the text messages never tell you what earlier time is available. After getting irritated for receiving so many different text messages from different numbers I finally said yes to move my appointment up. I was told I would be contacted, I never was. But at least the text messages stopped. One week later I had my originally scheduled appointment.
