Browsing through categories is especially cumbersome when there are over 48 items, as the 'Next page' button often fails to work (I tried multiple browsers and devices without success), forcing me to depend entirely on the sorting function. Additionally, shipping took nearly three weeks to reach the U.S., with minimal tracking updates along the way. Despite these challenges, the product quality and pricing make it worth ordering again, and I would easily increase this to 5 stars if they improved site speed, fixed the pagination, and offered better-tracked shipping options. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously! Overall, it was still a solid experience, and I will order again, but they could easily be a 5-star service with some improvements.
