I recently made a purchase from this online pharmacy and had a generally good experience, which is why I'm rating it 4 out of 5 stars. The products arrived as described—authentic, high-quality, and well-packaged—along with some of the best prices I've encountered online. However, I deducted one star due to issues with the website and delivery process. The site is quite slow, making navigation frustrating. Browsing categories becomes particularly difficult when there are over 48 items, as the 'Next page' button frequently fails to work (I tried several browsers and devices without success), leaving me to depend solely on the sorting function to sift through the items. Additionally, shipping took nearly three weeks to reach the US, with few tracking updates along the way. Despite these challenges, the quality and pricing of the products make it worthwhile to order again, and I would gladly increase this to 5 stars if they enhanced the site speed, resolved the pagination issues, and provided better-tracked shipping options. I hope the team considers this feedback seriously! Overall, it's still a solid experience, and I will order again, but they could easily become a 5-star service with improvements to the website and shipping options. I never received my package. The payment process was also very difficult, involving many (very friendly) emails back and forth, and I ended up paying significantly more for something I never received. I suspect it was rejected by customs here in Europe. I just want to caution anyone considering ordering from here - you may not receive your order and could end up spending a lot of money for nothing.
I have yet to receive my parcel. It was shipped from India to Europe when it could have been sent from the UK. While the support team is responsive, my expectations were not met. I could have easily ordered from India without this service, but I trusted that they could send it from the UK.
The support team was quick to respond to my emails, which I appreciated. However, I never received the product. While they were responsive, their advice was to contact the shipper. I reached out to the carrier, who gave me conflicting reasons about customs issues and an address problem, but for the real answer, I was told to contact their subcontracted shipper. Unfortunately, I received no response from them. All this for an over-the-counter product. If this somehow gets resolved, I’ll update this review. The company seems good; it's just the process that's problematic.
I was initially skeptical about this service, but I was in need since my usual online pharmacy was out of a critical medication. In short: I placed a decent-sized order and did receive a package with pills! The pills appear to be authentic. I recommend them, but I suggest placing a small order first and reporting any issues. Long version: I placed a decent order, and their support contacted me about one medication being out of stock, which I viewed as a positive sign. They offered a replacement option, which I accepted. A few days passed without updates, so I reached out for the status. Their support apologized for the delay and informed me that my order had shipped, providing a tracking number. I checked the status frequently, and at one point, it showed the order had been 'returned' to India after being marked as reached in New York. This was concerning, and I thought I wouldn’t receive my package. However, it arrived a few days later. Unless they delivered fake pills, which I don't believe they did, this service did a great job, and I'm glad to endorse them in this review.
