Browsing categories becomes particularly difficult when there are over 48 items, as the 'Next page' button frequently fails to work (I tried several browsers and devices without success), leaving me to depend solely on the sorting function to sift through the items. Additionally, shipping took nearly three weeks to reach the US, with few tracking updates along the way. Despite these challenges, the quality and pricing of the products make it worthwhile to order again, and I would gladly increase this to 5 stars if they enhanced the site speed, resolved the pagination issues, and provided better-tracked shipping options. I hope the team considers this feedback seriously! Overall, it's still a solid experience, and I will order again, but they could easily become a 5-star service with improvements to the website and shipping options.
