I ordered an item for valentines day at the end of January and still have yet to received it. It is now past valentines day and I still have not gotten it. The tracking for the item is half useless and has supposedly been on an airplane for days. When I bought the item, the estimated delivery was for February 10th, which was inaccurate. This needs to be fixed somehow.
