Ordered item for my wife for our anniversary. Company had no problem taking my payment. Days later I got a "shipment" email. The label was created on 2/9/26 and that was it, order never left the warehouse. I contacted for days into weeks with no response. Had no gift for my wife for our anniversary. It wasn't until I contacted my credit card company to report a fraudulent purchase did the company respond to my numerous emails. Told me my order was lost in transit which is a complete lie as tracking showed only label was created. Company is a scam.

The tracking for the item is half useless and has supposedly been on an airplane for days. When I bought the item, the estimated delivery was for February 10th, which was inaccurate. This needs to be fixed somehow.

The item arrived late, despite paying extra for Christmas delivery. It was about 10 days overdue. Additionally, the product felt poorly made and was not the size I had requested. I regret this order and will not be purchasing from this seller again.

Extremely Disappointed with My Order

I placed an order for two personalized keychains and a personalized ornament on December 03, 2025, and paid a significant amount for expedited shipping, expecting to receive them by December 19, 2025. These were meant to be stocking stuffer gifts for my family, costing a total of $118! I actually spent more on shipping than on the items themselves. Now it's December 28, 2025, and my order is still marked as "order received." I submitted support tickets for both orders on December 24, 2025, but have not received any response from the company. I strongly advise against ordering from this company! They appear to be a scam that takes your money without delivering! I am now out $118 with no way to recover it. It’s shocking how a company can advertise products and then scam customers, especially during the holiday season! I can't cancel my order or get a refund because their support system seems to be a scam as well. This is both unprofessional and unethical! I regret not checking reviews before ordering from a company I was unfamiliar with. I plan to report this company to the Better Business Bureau!

Extremely disappointed with this service.

I am very disappointed with this service. Every Christmas, we give our grandsons an ornament from Santa in their stockings. I ordered personalized ornaments on 12/10/25, and it was promised that I would receive my order in time for Christmas. Now, on Christmas morning, I still haven't received anything. When I try to track my order, it shows that the vendor hasn't updated the status. I've submitted two support tickets and called to speak with a representative. Each time, I was assured that I would receive an update on the shipping status within the day, but I never heard back. I will not use this service again. Their customer support is inadequate, and now my grandsons are without an ornament from Santa this morning. :)

Disappointed with the delivery timing

I am really dissatisfied. I made a purchase and was assured it would arrive before Christmas. Now it's Christmas Eve, 17 days later, and my package has yet to arrive. I've reached out several times, but all I hear is that it's in transit. This was meant to be a Christmas gift. This situation is incredibly frustrating.
