The bamboo fabric is incredibly thin, soft, and comfortable, effectively keeping you dry and odor-free throughout the day. The customer service was excellent; they responded quickly when I contacted them about an exchange. My main reason for writing this is regarding the sizing. I read many reviews advising to order a size up because they supposedly 'run small.' I usually wear a Large, but based on those suggestions, I ordered an Extra Large. They were way too big. I had to return them and exchange for my usual size Large, which fits perfectly. So, my advice: stick with your true size. Don't size up! Once you get the right fit, you'll love these underwear. Highly recommended.
