Review Time
From the advert I expected these to have some kind of absorbent layers- like period pants only lighter. If they are supposed to be moisture-wicking then the only place for the moisture to go is into the gusset of the trousers. Not very helpful. I can't tell any difference between these and other pants- other than that they cost a lot more. They are comfy and fit ok.
Took a few weeks to come in but it was delayed because they were out of a few items and waiting for them to come in. Totally worth the wait. Getting on here now to buy some more!! Goodbye to pantiliners!!
I ordered on the 17th of February received panties on the 5th of March. I understand overseas shipping but in todays world over 2 .5 weeks is unacceptable.. or if it is going to be over 2 weeks we should be told in advance. Everytime I checked tracking it was never helpful. It would constantly say cleared customs.. but no location..
Second I ordered these after watching several people give their reviews, they were nothing like the reviews. They are not comfortable.. not any give just like a non stretch panty . I reached our for a refund stating they didn't fit at all, and I was met with inwoll given you 30% refund and i keep panties, because it will cost more to ahip back then the refund basically. They dont fit at all.. so why would I keep them and still have to pay 70% for panties that dont work for me????
Hassell free returns or a fair return would be appreciated!
I am pleased with the product and it arrived within 10 working days as promised. However I feel the pricing needs better explanation as I ended up paying considerably more than I expected. I am guessing this is due to local taxes and postage but this was never fully explained on my invoice. The sizing is small, as others have mentioned, and although I ordered a larger size they only just fit. I have not tried washing them yet but was disappointed to find they are marked as hand wash only. Who has time to hand wash underwear in this day and age?
I admit I was a little skeptical at first, but I needed to make a change. I just finished my first week wearing these and I am never going to wear anything else. The difference was noticeable immediately.
I would give a 5 star because these underwear are so great, but it took FOREVER (over a month) to receive my order. Normally I wouldn't have a problem with waiting but paying well over $100 for underwear and having to wait so long without much of any update on shipping was not a good experience. I tried "tracking" the shipment but it stayed stuck in customs for nearly the whole time and when I emailed the company (they were very prompt with their response so that was a plus), they sent me tracking information that I already had so that was frustrating. I did receive my package within a few days after I contacted the company so I don't know if me contacting them had anything to do with the delivery.
