I got a meepo v5 and it broke after 4 days of regular riding. I didn't do anything crazy with it just rode up and down the street. I had a 60 day warranty. I emailed customer service and they just gave me vague instructions on how to DIY fix it. They sent me the wrong part and accused me of doing something wrong. When I finally convinced them that they sent me the wrong part with video evidence they acted like they knew it was a problem all along and said they needed to talk with their technicians. Ive been dealing with them for weeks just to solve an issue that should've never happened in the first place. They refuse to offer any compensation and keep making do DIY after DIY. It's still broken.
