I’ve been using Meepo boards for 6 years now and I’ve always had a great experience with both the boards and the service Meepo provides. I emailed customer service due to an issue I had with my motor wheels and they walked me through a ways to identify the issue. After identifying the issue, Meepo is now sending me a replacement part. 5 stars all the way! Great customer service!
I got the Meepo rover and it’s a great board for the price point it is at. It goes over sidewalks and road with ease and it handles off-road very well. The back wheel ripped after only 80 miles and I reached out to customer support and they were more than happy to send me a replacement after a couple of photos, highly recommend for any starters out there.
My only complaint is that my rear truck snapped after about nine months of use, which I have learned is a common problem with their older models. If you get a newer model this shouldn't be an issue, and the customer service was phenomenal and sent me a new truck and hub motor free of charge. Highly recommend this brand, the boards are a lot of fun and their customer service is amazing.
They made all my problems go away, I’m seeing if the warranty covers belts too. But the meepo vader 4wd carbon edition is a monster very good board and has given me more opportunity on a board than ever thought possible.
I have been very happy with how responsive this company has been and couldn’t be having more fun on my board!! If you want to have more fun and change your summers forever, buy a meepo board!!! Especially Bonnie, has been such an absolute pleasure to work with!
