I love electric skateboarding and was so excited to upgrade to a Meepo Hurricane. I ordered it in mid August and it arrived about 2 weeks later. After riding it for one day I tried to charge the battery and it would not take a charge. I contacted Meepo and they told me to send a video or photos with a voltage meter showing the problem. I purchased the meter and sent the video. Meepo agreed to send me a new battery. I was pleased with their response so I purchased some upgraded tires from Meepo. When the tires arrived, two of the four would not hold air and after 43 days I have still not received the replacement battery. I would rather simply return the board and get a refund but Meepo will not do refunds. I should have done more research regarding their no return policy but it is frustrating to spend over $1,000 and not be able to enjoy or return the board. While Meepo has said they will replace the battery and the tires, I have not seen them. If the board arrived in 2 weeks, it should not take months to receive replacement parts. I am not confident with the reliability or customer service going forward with this company.
