Meepo Electric Skateboard: Misassembled, Injury, Wrong Parts, and Dismissive Support

Meepo Hurricane Bamboo Gear DriveI placed my order, but it took a month before the product was shipped out. I had asked for a refund however upon doing so was told the board had now shipped and a refund was no longer an option, I recieved tracking details a week later. The board arrived two months later. Within just four weeks of receiving the Meepo Hurricane Ultra, the rear wheel suddenly locked up, causing an injury to myself. The board was unusable in its current state.Upon contacting support, they provided troubleshooting guidance, but it was for the wrong model. After confirming the correct model with support, Support identified the issue, as problems with the ESC (Electronic Speed Controller) and motors.Meepo responded promptly by sending a new set of motors and ESC along with some free spare wheels as an apology. Unfortunately, only the spare wheels arrived, and they were accessories for the wrong board, despite confirming my board model with support.I contacted support again, only to find out that the ESC and motors had been rejected by customs after a lengthy shipping time. Meepo then sent a replacement ESC, but two ESCs arrived for the wrong model board after again another lenghty shipping time.After further confirmation with support, they finally shipped out the correct replacement ESC, which arrived after yet another lenghty shipping time.However, even with the new hardware in place, the issue persisted. Frustrated, I decided to disassemble the motor assembly myself and discovered that the grub screw in the gear had come loose (no locktight was applied), causing damage to the surrounding motor mount and occasional locking up of the rear wheel. (The grub screw on the oposing motor assembely was also missing locktight)This loose grub screw also created metal shavings that had worked there way into the motor and gear drive, potentially causing further damage.Now, over three months since I received my board, it has not been in a working condition since the incident.Contacting support again proved inefficient and ineffective, prompting me to request a return and refund for the board. Unfortunately, Meepo is refusing to honor the return and refund, citing high costs to ship the battery back to China.The ongoing conversation with Meepo is becoming increasingly challenging.
