I ordered a board from them (the 3rd one). Up to now, I have always been satisfied with their customer service. For a product that was supposed to take 5 days to ship, I still haven't received it after 3 MONTHS OF WAITING.Whenever I ask them about this, they give me the same bullsh*t response that it would take 40-60 days to deliver, which is a LIE because it has been longer now.I'm very disappointed in their service, and I'm now stuck because they won't give me my money back, claiming my board is in transit.Proof of the email exchanges : "his is Meepo Customer Service.I hope this message finds you well. and I'm here to assist you with the delivery process of your skateboard.Please allow me to provide you with a clear overview of the procedure:Initial Shipping: The skateboards are dispatched from our CN factory and shipped to the designated port in your country.Port Arrival and Customs Clearance: Upon reaching the port of destination, the boards undergo a queue for unloading and the necessary customs clearance procedures.Transfer to Warehouse and Local Delivery: After completing customs clearance, the goods are then delivered to our local warehouse. From there, they are handed over to agency for the final leg of the delivery to your specified location.Please note that the tracking numbers for your order are generated during the last step, precisely when we hand over the boards to agency for local delivery.Regarding your specific order, it is currently in the first step, which is the shipping process from our factory. It will subsequently move to the second step (port arrival and customs clearance), and then to the third step (transfer to warehouse and local delivery).
