I purchased a Meepo City Rider 3 electric skateboard, and my experience has been incredibly disappointing. After only 124 miles of use and under a year of owning the board, the motor on my board started to fail. Given that this is a nearly $1,000 product, I expected far better durability and reliability.What has been even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer service from Meepo. I reached out to them multiple times requesting a replacement motor, but my requests have been consistently ignored. The customer service has been non-existent, leaving me with no support or solutions.In my opinion, it's unacceptable for such an expensive product to lose support so early. Investing in a Meepo City Rider 3 was a big decision, and the poor product quality coupled with the lack of customer service has made it clear that it was a mistake. I cannot recommend Meepo to anyone looking for a reliable and well-supported electric skateboard.
