I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. I ordered a large sweater but received a small one instead. When I requested a return and refund, I was told that the item would be picked up by December 2, 2025, but no one came to collect it by December 3. The next morning, I received a message stating that the return order was canceled, despite me not initiating any cancellation. This reflects poorly on the service. I advise against trusting this platform.
