Extremely poor experience with Meesho as a seller. My account was blocked instantly, but my settlement has been pending for nearly 2 months. Returned items were tampered, stolen, or missing, causing ₹10–15K loss. Claims with photo/video proof were marked as “fraud” without explanation, and I cannot raise new issues after the block. No real support or resolution. Not recommended for sellers.

Do not trust on messho at all. I have ordered 7 items and messho delivered ony one item. When i contacted to customer support, they rejected missing complaint and customer support is not responding properly, Saying not eligible,we can not help. How can they say like this when i have lost my money. they have to enquire with their delivery partner and seller. but they are not working on that. So very very very very worst. They are Scammers and fraud.I am now going to complain through Consumer Forum.
*Awareness msg to all customers who r all having Meesho app*...Today courier boy trying to give parcel to me that ordered from Meesho .... Actually I don't have Meesho app .. totally I'm confused & said I dont have this app .. he said then cancel the order hereafter we will not give any parcel when u order also ..OTP will come for ur mobile send me that he said..... I said I don't have any app no problem ....then I disconnected the call.

My order ID is #2448216337062712. I placed an order in the name of Shaista and made full online payment. I did not receive any OTP, call, or delivery.
When I opened the app, it was showing that my parcel was already received, even though I never got it. I contacted customer care, and they said they would check. Later, I saw that my complaint was closed without my permission.
When I called again, customer care said I had shared an OTP, which is completely false. I never received any OTP at all. I asked them to prove it, but they had no proof and said they cannot connect me with the backend team.
This is clearly a fraud. I believe many customers have faced similar losses.
I request everyone not to make online payments on Meesho, otherwise you may face the same problem like me.

A representative from the support team contacted me regarding a billing issue with the product. They requested a code and informed me that I would need to make the payment again, assuring me that a refund would follow. Unfortunately, I have not received either the refund or the product.
I initiated a prepaid return and waited over four days. The pickup agent never arrived during the day and only made missed calls at night around 11 PM. After reaching out to customer support, the same agent delivered products to my neighbors but deliberately skipped my house. No pickup, no refund, and no accountability. This service is unacceptable and the company must urgently address its delivery partners.
Yeh app bilkul bekar hai, maine used product receive kiya hai aur jab return karne ki koshish ki, toh woh accept nahi karte. Customer care par baat karne par staff aur supervisors ka bartav bahut bekar hai, woh itni badtameezi se baat karte hain aur call cut kar dete hain. Yeh sab dekhkar samajh aata hai ki hum apni mushkilat kaise face karein. Aap sabko behtar hoga agar aap market se kharidari karein, taaki aap quality check kar sakein. Yeh shopping app sabse bekar hai.

I am extremely dissatisfied. I have not received my order, yet it has been marked as delivered. Now, they claim they cannot assist me. I have escalated this issue to the national consumer helpline and am waiting for an update. I truly hope this company faces consequences for their actions.
