I had a disappointing service experience. I ordered a large sweater but received a small one. When I requested a return and refund, I was told it would be picked up by December 2, 2025, but no one came by December 3. The next day, I received a message that the return was canceled, although I never canceled it. This is the service quality I faced, and I cannot recommend this platform.
