I would not even give them one star because they do not ship the products timely. They have cancelled so many orders of mine already and when i reach out to them for the delivery issue they have applied the AI system in their support who will only send you the message where they wrote that “they have escalated the issue to their senior team member who will reach out to you as soon as possible” i mean are you serious even if they sent this message then you will have to wait for decade for their senior team member to reach out to you because certainly they will never ever reach out to you and you will only hear them saying sorry for the inconvenience. I am just fed up with this app and their AI support system
