I have experimented with countless tinted sunscreens, and finding two things is quite challenging: a precise skin tone match and the ideal level of coverage. This sunscreen delivers on both fronts! The coverage is simply phenomenal, eliminating the need for powder or foundation. It imparts a lovely glow, and I appreciate the clean ingredients that provide my skin with the protection it deserves. Although I hadn’t purchased from this line before, I definitely will now! I’m committed to being a loyal customer because this product surpassed all my expectations. And believe me, I rarely write reviews… so that speaks volumes about how exceptional this product is! Give it a try! You won’t regret it.
I ordered through the company and there was a misunderstanding. I asked for a refund and they provided on instantly. They then sent me the mascara and color that I wanted. THE MASCARA IS AMAZING. I will definitely be purchasing again.
If I could give this company a 0-star rating, I would. This company is horrible. They do not care about their people or the quality of the product. They terminate people despite valid reasons. They terminate people just like that, despite you working with them for 5 years. They do not care about the contribution made, the trust, and loyalty. They cut you right away from your job without a heads up. They do not have the decency to give people a chance to look for a new job just because they feel like doing it. Stop lying to people about how clean your product is. This is a disgusting company!
I placed my order for mascara on February 26, and a week later had still not received a notice that it had shipped. I reached out and they said they were experiencing delayed shipping and to give it 7-10 business days to ship. I waited 11 business days with no progress. I eventually had my order refunded but was disappointed because I was looking forward to trying it.
I ordered mascara and it never shipped. I tried contacting them 3 times via email and they never respond. I also sat on their website chat function for over an hour and they didn't answer that either. I am having to go through my bank to get a refund for the mascara I paid for but never received.
I found out about alley oop in December and have been using them ever since. I've been REALLY happy. The 11th hour eye shadow is 5 stars for me--I have it in a bunch of colors. It's reasonably priced and I get so much use out of it. Plus, I'm a sucker for packaging. I've also used the travel razor. Great products, really love them.
