The representative assisted me tirelessly throughout the holiday season of 2025 (from Dec. 22 through Dec. 31). Their professionalism, thoughtfulness, and prompt actions exceeded my expectations and any previous experiences I’ve had with other major luxury online platforms. As a longtime admirer of the brand, I must say it never fails to impress its clients, not just with beautifully crafted garments but also with outstanding customer service.
I am deeply disheartened by the quality of the products and the lack of professional service at both the local store and headquarters. I own items from various luxury brands and have never encountered such poor craftsmanship or customer disregard. I bought a bag for $2,000 in September 2023, and even after using it fewer than 10 times, the buckle broke. While I recognize it's technically out of warranty, one would expect a luxury brand to uphold its craftsmanship. The follow-up has been unacceptable; I was promised callbacks that never came, and I had to visit the store three times for updates. An executive even assured me she would escalate my matter, but that never happened. Being told today that "nothing can be done" after being ignored for weeks is truly insulting. I took pride in supporting this brand, but this experience has shattered my respect for it. I will not shop here again.

I contacted customer support, and my call was answered within a minute, which was impressive given the holiday season. The representative listened to my issue and resolved it quickly. I wanted to order perfume for my daughter's Christmas. The company had a promotion that offered a free gift with purchases over £99. I thought this was a great deal since my daughter is traveling soon. The perfume was pricey, and even with a 10% discount, I spent £113. However, the free gift didn't appear in my purchase. They stated that because I used the discount, I wasn't eligible for the free gift, which I find deceptive and unfair. I could have easily bought the perfume elsewhere for less. This lack of customer care is disappointing, and I will not be returning.
