We were quite disappointed with the included tours. For destinations like Burano and Murano, there was hardly enough time to explore, and it would have been better to visit independently. The same went for Capri Island. While Sorrento, Positano, and Amalfi were beautiful, each stop felt rushed. Additionally, our driver only interacted with a couple of tourists, leaving us and other English speakers feeling ignored. This experience has made us hesitant to book with the service again. There were also issues with our pick-up times, leading to confusion and stress, which was not impressive.
