Thankfully, the meet and greet team stepped in with less than a month to go, organizing two tours and car services at each stop, which eased our transportation concerns.

Our tour guide was truly exceptional. She served as our meet and greet guide for our trip through Italy, covering Venice, Florence, and Rome. Her enthusiasm, passion, and extensive knowledge about each place we visited made our journey unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend this trip and her as a guide.
The responsiveness and services provided were outstanding! After booking our trip, we received a detailed itinerary and could reach out with any questions. Each hotel was excellent and conveniently close to train stations. When a tour was unexpectedly canceled, customer service quickly offered alternatives or a refund. Even during unforeseen circumstances, they were there to assist, which I greatly appreciated. Planning a multi-city vacation in a foreign country can be stressful, but their team went above and beyond to ease that burden, allowing my family to enjoy our time in Italy. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
Our trip was extremely well-organized, though there was one issue with the hotel in Venice. It wasn't centrally located and required us to navigate the public bus. Fortunately, we could purchase tickets at our hotel. Once we understood the transportation, it wasn't too difficult, but it would have been helpful to know beforehand. While other cities had hop-on/hop-off buses, we felt a bit stranded in Venice, which was harder to navigate. Overall, it was a fantastic trip!
Our guide was fantastic. She consistently went out of her way to assist everyone and showed immense enthusiasm and knowledge about her country. The only minor downside was having to join larger groups for a couple of tours, as we prefer smaller group experiences.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 12-day small group tour with our guide. She was fantastic—great company, super-organized, and calm throughout. I appreciated her pride in Italy, sharing many historical and geographical insights. The accommodations were of high quality. I recommend adding an extra day at both the beginning and end of the tour to fully explore Milan and Venice.
We were quite disappointed with the included tours. For destinations like Burano and Murano, there was hardly enough time to explore, and it would have been better to visit independently. The same went for Capri Island. While Sorrento, Positano, and Amalfi were beautiful, each stop felt rushed. Additionally, our driver only interacted with a couple of tourists, leaving us and other English speakers feeling ignored. This experience has made us hesitant to book with the service again. There were also issues with our pick-up times, leading to confusion and stress, which was not impressive.
